Birmingham Britannia Hotel is opposite Birmingham New Street Station. We managed to get a room last minute after I made a mistake booking a different hotel, in the evening of all times, and not only did they find us a room they upgraded us for free after a really stressful evening and it was really appreciated and made our trip so much better! I can't thank the staff enough.
