After walking out of the CDG airport, the grungy and smoke-filled streets of Paris underwhelmed our entire family on our way to Maison Proust. It was so contrary to our mental image of Paris the magnificent and magical city of lights, that we had always read about —- but all that changed the moment we walked into Masion Proust. Our entire outlook changed- it felt like going into a whole different world. If a hotel were to personify the belle époque spirit of Paris, this would be that hotel. As my daughter best put it “this is how Paris is supposed to look like”. This hotel did not underdeliver on our high expectations from our first impressions, from the wonderful wonderful staff and of course, the magnificent pool, this hotel is something that should be thought of when people think about the glamour and beauty of Paris, of a golden age that is largely gone but lives on in Maison Proust.

Nastanitev Goralska Résidences Hôtel Paris Bastille se nahaja 600 m stran od trga Place de la Bastille in ponuja prostorne suite ter fitnes. Nudi pogled na reko in brezplačen WiFi v vseh prostorih. It was delicious and I appreciated the little chocolates every evening. The tea and coffee makers were also appreciated, as well as the fridge, microwave, oven, large bathroom, books in the suite and fabulous view with the sun coming up directly shining into the room!
