Located in Nice Saint Isidore, the Servotel Saint-Vincent features an outdoor pool with a furnished sun terrace. The hotel is 12 km from Promenade des Anglais and the beaches of Saint-Laurent-du-Var. Perfect location for attending an event at the Stade. Very comfortable bed and good balcony furniture. we spent the day by the lovely pool which is at the back of the building ,so nice and quiet. The gardens were very well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a secure car park or paid overnight parking in a garage. Very good tapas restaurant across the road.

Stefan and his wife invited us at the location and showed us the room. The room had everything you could ask for, kitchen with induction, microwave, coffee machine, Washing machine and utensils. This was a studio apartment with a sofa bed, iron, vacuum cleaner, drying hangers, lift and a balcony with excellent views. This place is very close to the tram station Siant Isidore. So the transport towards the old town and the city was easy. It had both heaters and an AC but we didn't use either as it was a perfect weather throughout our stay. There's a pizza corner very near to the apartment with fascinating view of the valley and the village. Great hosts who helped us with all the issues we faced entering the apartment. We had an early morning flight to catch on the last day and the hosts asked us to drop the keys in the room locker, so that we could checkout and leave on time. Overall worth every penny! I would love to visit again.
