Very new and clean room in a central location in front of the tram that is going to the airport. 2 minutes walk to the sea. We were also able to see the see from our window.

Just 80 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, Hôtel Locarno Nice is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Great location, have stayed before and will stay again. Hotel is also dog friendly and the wonderful staff even put out water and dog food for our little sausage dog. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. Amazing sea view from the room and very beautiful interior in the hotel. Great price for what we got, would definitely recommend staying here. We even got an early check in which helped us tremendously.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan. it’s one of the amazing apartment in Nice. the best view in front of the sea. clean. highly recommended. even I arrived late at 1 am and still they receive me. if you want to enjoy Nice. take it.

Situated in Nice, 300 metres from Plage Lenval and 300 metres from Plage Magnan, Nice Seaview Free Parking 4.Pers features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Absolutely everything. In apartment we had everything what we needed for our stay. Terrace was partially overlooking on see and beach and was really spacious. Host even prepared chairs and sunshade for us to use on beach. Superb location! You are located 50m from beach, in front of building's entry you have tram station, but also bikes to rent (highly recommend it to do on promenade). Host was really great, help us with direction, where to go around and in Nice and even left some drinks in fridge for us. Parking is near by, some 50m away, underground, and wide enough for SUV. Next time I come to Nice, I'll first check if this apartment is available!
