Located in the historical town of Caen in the Basse-Normandie Region, Hôtel François d’O offers a garden, terrace and library. It is just a 25-minute drive to the beach. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Although the room lacked air condition (it was okay, because I knew it in advance) and the weather was hot, the climate in Caen helped and the room cooled down during night, so I felt comfortable. There was enough space. The hotel is in the center of the city. I used public transport for transfers, and the bus and tram stops were nearby.

Room and hotel in general is super clean, more personal and human size than big hotel group. Shower has a good pressure which is amazing and breakfast was excellent. nice location, really central.

Situated in Caen’s city centre, the Best Western Plus Le Moderne is a non-smoking hotel and is just 1.5 km from the train station and 6 km from Carpiquet Airport. the hotel was very central to shops and restaurants, absolutely no need for a car

Logis Hôtel Du Château is located in the heart of Caen, 200 meters from the castle and 3 km from the Caen Memorial Museum. Great location, hotel was good value, and staff was excellent, Cassandra was lovely and very helpful.

Hotel Astrid Caen centre is 2 floor hotel without elevator and without air-condition. This was an excellent hotel in a central part of the city. Walking distance from the downtown area with great options for eating and entertainment.
