HABITACIÓN DOBLE o TRIPLE CORAZON DE RUZAFA is a recently renovated homestay in Valencia, near Valencia North Station. What a wonderful week in Ruzafa! We loved staying with Tania in this apartment. She remodeled it about a year ago, and it is just as lovely as it looks in the photos: beautiful artwork and furniture, flowers growing on the balcony, privacy (and air conditioning) in our rooms (we slept in the main bed across from the couch, and used the small bed in the side room for our luggage), and it smells wonderful as she uses scent diffusers. The toilet is separate from the shower and sink, and both are down the hall from the sleeping area. There are screens for the doors to the balconies, as well as excellent shutters to block heat - and the conversations at night from the outdoor seating at restaurants at the corner. Speaking of restaurants, we ate at Tanamadana twice - highly recommended. The apartment is on the first floor, so you only have to climb two flights of stairs (no lift.)

Valencia Apartamentos Goya offers accommodations in Valencia, a 19-minute walk from Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados and 1.2 miles from Jardines de Monforte. The location was perfect for walking into Valencia. There were pleasant bars and restaurants nearby and the host we met, Pablo, advised us about some of them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Valencia and if we go again we would stay at Goya.

La Casa Verde - Ruzafa offers accommodations in Valencia, 1.9 miles from Jardines de Monforte and 2 miles from Church of Saint Nicolás. The apartment is in a great location to access the city on foot and there's the added bonus of being able to relax in the neighbourhood with many bars and also the convenience of a supermarket and great bakery within just a few metres. The apartment is light, modern, spotlessly clean and airy. The decor is very nice, with complementary furniture/fittings and art work; it had the feel of more than a holiday let with many extra 'attention to detail' features. Loved the mosaic floor and the spacious shower. Roberto was a great host who was - both, kind, welcoming and super helpful. Thank you Roberto and thanks also for providing lots of great recommendations for places to eat.
