Situated just 200 metres from Sagrera Metro Station in Sant Andreu, the modern Hotel Acta Laumon is 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by metro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, tidy and clean. The room we got also had a balcony that we did not expect.

The apartment itself is spacious, two parent bedrooms, one child bedroom suitable for four children. One person could even sleep in the living room. Clean, in a great neighborhood, four bathrooms. Wow. All amenities.

A gem of a place with a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is rare to find (be respectful to neighbours), really enjoyed staying here. Water pressure was good, nice to have a dishwasher and use of the washing machine for long stays. Lovely Maite gave us great recommendations and was very easy to contact. Lots of local metro stations, area felt safe, great tapas bar nearby. The flat is well maintained and we felt we were able to let Maite know about anything and it would be fixed.
