They do not throw out goods from precious guests, for example, souces, so you have a lot of to choose from; 8. Quiet place - could not hear neighbors at all; 9. It's easy to reach owners and they are interested that your stay is comfortable. AND that is just the things I imagined to write about but the owners have thought about everything.
