And it seemed very safe. The room was super clean, had air conditioning, and Franky was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had an early morning flight so they even packed breakfast. Room was exceptionally clean and had all amenities. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Set in a historic building in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone, once home to a former president, the adult-only Casa Sanchez is within 1 minute's walk of Conde street. Loved this hotel in the Colonial Zone. It was walking distance to anywhere in the Zone. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill request and assist with transportation. The pool and jacuzzi area were lovely. The owners have done a wonderful job in the restoration. There are remnants of the historic building with all modern day facilities.

El Beaterio Casa Museo

Matatagpuan ang 16th-century converted convent na ito sa makasaysayang Colonial Zone ng Santo Domingo, isang UNESCO World Heritage Site. We loved the courtyard and the mix of authentic colonial style and comfort! We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortably cool thanks to the AC. The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a great variety of fruits and types of scrambled eggs. We loved the coffee, it helped cure our jet lag. The staff was really friendly and helpful, nevertheless it would have helped if we could have spoken a bit of Spanish. The location was perfect, we were right in the heart of the zona colonial and had everything (supermarket, ATM, restaurants etc.) right around the corner. We highly recommend staying here.
