Tento elegantní nekuřácký hotel se nachází 300 metrů od brány Holsten v historickém centru Lübecku a nabízí moderně zařízené pokoje v nejstarší cihlové budově ve městě. This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

It was fresh, new, quiet and the design of the room was well thought out. It was an easy walk from the train station and very centrally located for seeing the sights of the city. The breakfast was delicious and our hostess Karin happily accommodated our gluten free dietary needs. She went above and beyond to give us what we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to leave our bags at the property as we arrived early. Check in and check out procedures were easy.
