I really liked this hotel. It is located in a quiet area full of beautiful houses. I arrived quickly in the center either by tram, bus or personal car. The breakfast was good and varied. They have a parking space in the inner courtyard of the hotel and if there were no more spaces, they let us park in the spaces in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and spoke English.

Location, the neighborhood was quiet, pleasant, with 2 supermarkets nearby. It was close to World conference center, it was important for me as it was venue of climate conference and UN facilities. The landlady was really nice, she met me at property with keys, explained all needed details, and even said to call her if I need her help. The landlord was nice too, he came to sign my paper I needed and brought an iron. He has to come over again for another signature on Saturday.
