The location was perfect. Super close to A LOT of restaurants, malls and attractions (Provenza is definitely one). The area is super safe. The staff was amazing, very kind and educated. The room had a great distribution, it even has a little kitchen, in case you want to cook your own stuff and our view was directly to the main Poblado avenue.

Hours before check in I asked them if they could decorate the room with rose petals which I had with me. They did. And after checking in hours later and entering the room, it looked beautiful.

French toast loaded with fresh fruit was my favorite. Staff was very friendly, and location was excellent. Many good restaurants nearby including a fantastic French restaurant next door. Each room is named after famous philanthropists with a quote from them. Really neat!
