Boasting rooms with iPod docking station and luxurious décor, The Orchids is located in La Candelaria, Bogotá’s historical district. The interior was so beautiful and the rooms were exquisitely decorated! The staff was so great and hospitable and friendly! Would have stayed longer if I had the option! Breakfast was a la carte and unlimited which was amazing, most larger chains do buffet and it’s merely okay.

The location of the hotel is just perfect! you can walk few minutes to main landmarks (Museo de Botero, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Museo del Oro, Chorro de Quevedo, etc.) There is a good variety of breakfast options. What makes the hotel so special is the building and decoration itself, is kind of time travel. Super recommended, great value for money.

Located a 6-minute walk from Quevedo's Jet, Hotel San Sebastian offers 3-star accommodations in Bogotá and has a bar. Our 1 and 3 year old appreciated that the room was spacious, as it is an older hotel. The place has a lot of charm and is in a great location. The showers have warm water and there was a fridge in the room. Overall, it was probably the best value for money place that we've stayed in Colombia so far!

Quiet location very close to everything in La Candelaria, easily walkable if (short) uphill walks in this altitude are no problem for you. The hotel has a special charm, someone between Spanish Colonial and a European medieval castle. One of the most unique places we ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and attentive, especially the young woman working reception on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Good for her, she had Sunday off, so we didn't get to ask for her name, but she was always there and always went the extra mile.

Best location as it is only minutes away from Bolivar Plaza, museums & the street arts lane. The hotel is on a safe street and easy to find restaurants & cafes. Staff were very attentive & helpful. The double room was good enough for 2 nights stay, it has the standard hotel items such as soap & showel gel. A value for money hotel!
