Vanbrugh Bay Hotel - Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie. The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

I communicated with an English speaking consultant (Rainee) who was extremely helpful. She booked all the park and the show tickets for me. She even organised for something I left in the room to be mailed to my home. She was very patient and attentive. Thank you Rainee for all your help.

The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

Located within 30 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 200 metres of Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office, Zhangjiajie Hero Boutique Hotel provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... It is really close from the cable cars that can take you to Tiamens mountain, and if you decide to take the bus it is also next door. Perfect location, staff did the best to help us and that is also really apreciated.
