Firstly, before going to Xi'an, I communicated with the hotel and they kindly informed me of the way to get from the airport to the hotel. Secondly, after arriving at the hotel, the staff helped us plan the travel route, attractions, and cuisine, providing very thoughtful service.

Metro station is close enough so that you can get anywhere you want in the city .The room was superspacious,plenty of space for the two of us ,super friendly and helpful staff.It’s a great value for money place to stay.

Located within the historic confines of the Ming Dynasty city walls, Sofitel Legend People’s Grand Hotel Xian is nestled in the bustling heart of the city center, offering close proximity to the... Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a Suite which was very convenient. One of the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in; noise free, great bed, nice breakfast & tea. We accidentally switched on the ‘no dusturb’ sign and we only discovered when we arrived at 9PM, but Housekeeping came directly to change the towels and do the necessary works. Special thanks to all staff for making our stay perfect!!

Located in Xi'an and with Bell Tower reachable within 400 metres, Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Bell Tower, an IHG Hotel provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, free bikes, free WiFi throughout... Service and assistance are excellent. Able to get lots of good advices from Sunny (hotel GM.) via WeChat. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast line has good variety of foods; both western and chinese style. Location is great near the Bell Tower, near the downtown airport bus stop, and also near the Metro and bus stop; it is easy to get around many sight-seeing spots in the city. Left-turn from in front of the hotel leads to the small alley around 6pm to discover a surprisingly great variety of local food stalls. Generally it is quiet at night and no sound of traffic penetrating into the room. Though for the sensitive ears, there's slight low-pitched sound from the very far outside the hotel at bedtime but not a problem at all for my friends and I; we slept very well throughout the night after sight-seeing long walks.
