We booked a weekend staycation for my husband's birthday. Everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful suite overlooking the city, with Lounge access. The food and drinks, as well as the service, were excellent at the Lounge. It's a relaxing place where you can just enjoy and indulge. Overall a great value for money! The staff prepared a birthday cake for my husband, and everyone was super caring.

We had a fantastic 1 night stay with executive club access. Everything was perfect. The hotel room and facilities were exceptional and the staff very friendly and professional. Well situated in the Nanshan district district of Shenzhen, Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen is located 3.2 miles from He Xiangning Art Museum, 3.8 miles from Happy Valley Theme Park and 8.4 miles from... Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.

Located in Shenzhen and with He Xiangning Art Museum reachable within 4.3 miles, Jiangnan House Nantou has concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a... The hotel is situated in the middle of Nantou old city with beautiful lanes and lots of interesting shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very unique & artistic, the room has all modern amenities with very comfy bed. Good communication from the staffs before and during our stay. We really enjoyed staying at The Jiangnan House and will definitely come back.

Shenzhen Ayearn Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a garden and restaurant in Shenzhen. Excellent services and the hotel was very welcoming! The room was amazing too, from Le Labo branded toiletries to comfy bed, there’s nothing I don’t love about this hotel.

The hotel is very good value for money. Very clean, big rooms. At check in they accept western credit cards (Mastercard, Visa). At least one member of staff we spoke to spoke English, other used translator on the phone to communicate which works very well, so check-in and out was smooth. 10 mins from metro Daixin (in Chinese 大新). This is the closest metro station. It is Green Line (Line 1), second stop after changing from line 11, which goes from the airport. It makes the location super convenient to visit the city. Total time from the airport to the hotel by metro took us under 45 min, ticket price 5 Yen per trip. You can exchange money to get cash at the airport. A lot of food options around: both street food and restaurants.

DoubleTree By Hilton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel & Residences features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Nanshan district district of Shenzhen. The staff have been very helpful. Specially the front office lady Ms Violet who was very helpful in getting local information for us on tennis courts availanle for play, bookstores for children, shows and theatre performances. The breakfast spread was good with many healthy choices

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Nanshan, an IHG Hotel in Shenzhen provides adults only accommodations with a garden, a terrace and a bar. Facilities were new and very clean. Spacious room with great view, there were various choice of pillows to meet guests' needs, bed was comfy. Love the hair dryer and the alarm clock. The hotel should consider adding these 2 items to sell at the souvenir corner. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location with the underground train station just at the door front of the hotel.
