Bellagio Shanghai este primul hotel Bellagio din China și al 2-lea din lume după hotelul partener, Bellagio Las Vegas. Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, and I must highlight the exceptional level of service and hospitality. A huge thank you to Alfred from the concierge team, whose professionalism and kindness made our experience truly unforgettable. A special mention also goes to Leslie, the head bartender, who delighted us with his amazing cocktails, crafted with care, good humor, and a contagious warmth. This stay will remain a cherished memory, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an exceptional experience in Shanghai!

The staff was very helpful and kindly and the employee (Alice) from the Bar was very kindly and helpful and i am grateful and happy for her help and making my stay at the hotel more comfortable.
