Ylellinen Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort sijaitsee rantapaikalla Yalong Bayn golfkerhoa vastapäätä. Majoituspaikassa on 5 uima-allasta, ja sieltä on kilometri Yalong Bayn keskusaukiolle. The staff at the Sheraton were fabulous. From the front desk reception, to the bar and restaurant to check-out the people were kind, understanding and helpful. Dick Yi - food and beverages manager was spectacular. I had a problem with something, I emailed the hotel, they put me in touch with Dick and he was on to solving the problem in minutes. It was really great. He followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Penny, the contact from the hotel, was great as well. And I had an issue on the check out because I had used wechat to pay but wanted to use my American credit card and Annie, the contact, figured it out and refunded the RMB for the deposit back to my Chinese bank account and put it on my credit card. Problem solved. I have live din Beijing for seven years and this was, by far, the best experience of any hotel I have stayed at throughout China. The beach access was great and the pools and the choices you have about which one to lounge around at was sublime. The drinks were luscious, the activities for children every day a bonus, the Chinese restaurant food is a delight. The breakfast -- it's out of control good -- I am not sure if there is anything they didn't have. Our room was quiet and very comfortable -- great shower and tub. I am not sure what else to say -- if you are going to Yalong Bay go here. You will be very happy.

Really liked the hotel, better than the pictures. We considered the option to be wild and not crowded. The villas are surrounded by wild plants and palm trees, liked the location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are equipped so that you feel alone in the villa. Lovely pool near reception and in the villa itself. Good breakfast of both European and Chinese cuisine. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Even with language barrier always try to help, through translator. The hotel exceeded expectations, great view and walk to the room for lovers of Asian wildlife. Will definitely visit you again, thank you.

Located in the heart of Yalong Bay National Resort district where is close to Yalongwan Central Square, Flowers Valley Shopping Centre and local food courts, Palace Resort & Spa Yalong Bay Sanya is... Perfect location if you just want a nice, quite chilled vacation. Not far from the beach and a mall with some cafes, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great even for a picky eater like me. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Yalong bay.

After arriving at the hotel, the staff came out to take the room, very good, the room is spacious, there are kitchen toiletries, the cleaning aunt will come to clean the room every other day, and replenish the supplies, the nearby beach is very delicate, very quiet, the sea is blue, ten minutes walk past, the service is great
