From the front desk reception, to the bar and restaurant to check-out the people were kind, understanding and helpful. Dick Yi - food and beverages manager was spectacular. I had a problem with something, I emailed the hotel, they put me in touch with Dick and he was on to solving the problem in minutes. It was really great. He followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Penny, the contact from the hotel, was great as well. And I had an issue on the check out because I had used wechat to pay but wanted to use my American credit card and Annie, the contact, figured it out and refunded the RMB for the deposit back to my Chinese bank account and put it on my credit card. Problem solved. I have live din Beijing for seven years and this was, by far, the best experience of any hotel I have stayed at throughout China. The beach access was great and the pools and the choices you have about which one to lounge around at was sublime. The drinks were luscious, the activities for children every day a bonus, the Chinese restaurant food is a delight. The breakfast -- it's out of control good -- I am not sure if there is anything they didn't have. Our room was quiet and very comfortable -- great shower and tub. I am not sure what else to say -- if you are going to Yalong Bay go here. You will be very happy.

The villa is quiet and not busy like many other resorts in the area. The stay is very close to the beach. The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms and villas are very clean. We appreciated that they gave different varieties of food during breakfast. The bed in the villa was incredibly comfortable.

Perfect location if you just want a nice, quite chilled vacation. Not far from the beach and a mall with some cafes, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great even for a picky eater like me. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Yalong bay.

Sanya Haitang Bay Muyu Time Seaview Apartment се намира до залива Хайтанг в Саня, само на 3 минути с кола от залива Ялонг. this villa is absolutely gorgeous! it’s huge, spacious and super clean. comes with basic amenities that you would typically need - toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer), air conditioner, water heater, stove, rice cooker, steamer, etc. have i mentioned there’s toilet in every room, on every floor, and all of them come with the toiletries mentioned above? 😍 there’s also a lift in the villa so staying on the upper floors ain’t a hassle at all, you don’t have to climb stairs if you don’t wish to 🤭 my family and i had a good time bonding together because there’s a living room where we could all have our meals and watch movies together, unlike hotel stays where we could only stay in our own rooms and can’t congregate ☹️ basement floor is a large entertainment room with a pool table, table tennis table, treadmill and mahjong table. it’s especially huge and spacious and very nicely decorated, guaranteed to let you have a good time with your family and friends 😍 apartment was also conveniently located, with food options just within a 5-10 mins walk. the host also recommended us to try out seafood located at this stretch of road called 凤塘路 (Feng Tang Road), which is just a 15 min drive from the apartment. the entire stretch had a lot of seafood options and the restaurant we went to - 小鲜味私厨·海鲜老字号(海棠店) - was particularly yummy! 😊 the hosts were also very responsive and helpful. daily cleanup service is provided and they would even replenish supplies such as toilet paper and new towels for you upon request. i asked the host a lot of questions and they never failed to reply within the minute, which i am very grateful for. they were also very accommodating and understanding and would strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. all in all, we had a relaxing time at this place and we are very happy we chose this place to stay while we came to Sanya for holiday. would definitely come back here to stay next time! thank you so much ❤️
