Lovely staff, local breakfast, the teas in the tea room were great as well! Fresh fruit at night! Hangzhou is a great place especially the nature outdoors! Seems like a fake review, but everything was excellent. Many thanks, we will be back.

The front desk and concierge staff are exceptional. On his personal time, a member of the concierge team went to the rail station and purchased a ticket on my behalf. Fabulou!
