He was in touch as soon as we booked, catered for our every need and more (he asked questions to unveil needs we didn’t know we could have and provided solutions). He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we’d enjoy our short stay in the city, recommended the right places for the right meal/activity and even walked us to a specific spot in our first day. The room was incredibly cozy, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect and we are forever grateful to this man for making our first stay in china one of our most memorable. We will absolutely come back!

It is within Paradise Walk, an expansive shopping mall area (if you like shopping) and a short 5 minute walk to the Metro Shiyoulu Station Line 1 Exit 2B, making it very convenient to get around Chongqing. The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!
