Very nice hotel located in a good location. The staff is super helpful and polite, any question you have they will be there to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anybody.

Hotell – Qingyang i Chengdu

Attractively set in the centre of Chengdu, Gongxili - Xige Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. Whole experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Location was cool. However, the highlight was the staff. Joy and the team helped with everything that we needed and really aided us in a bit of crisis. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a fifth consecutive year. The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and right at home. The hotel manager, Frank, is super friendly and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The staff is amazing, and was always ready with a smile and quick to help. Especially Zoey, who went above and beyond to check in on us, offer help and local tips, and make sure we were comfortable. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, with nice little touches that made it feel a bit special. And the whole place is just beautiful.
