There is a lot of snow outside, we rented a room to celebrate a family holiday, and it is great family day with snowing outside.We have a car, there is free parking, the motel consists of three blocks, one is being renovated, we lived with a view of the main street, well-insulated rooms, heating from the air conditioner is not noisy, room very warm. We had very large two beds, slept well. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, TV. The bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoos are available. Everything in the bathroom is clean and new. The room is very large, there is a table, chairs, there is an entrance door to another room next door, an internal door. It is great to have two families rent rooms next to each other. Our room is non-smoking. And next to it too. It is great. Many thanks to the admins. There is a door from the room - an exit to the street, where you can park your car right next to the room. Now it is winter, but in the summer you can use the pool in the middle of the motel. There are chairs - if you want to look at the snowfall weather, sit, go out, watch the snowfall, you can. I'm kidding. Very friendly admins, 24/7 coffee, tea, juice. I wish you success and we will definitely come here again. Breakfast:good, has everything for breakfast: coffee , sausages, eggs, bread.Room was clean.Excellent location for those who like a quiet holiday. By car you can reach the waterfall in 10 minutes. Less than 1 km from the Canada One Factory Outlet, this Niagara Falls hotel is 10 minutes' drive from the Falls. The hotel offers complementary breakfast, an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. the rooms were so clean and super nice. I was surprised. it definitely blows all of the other motels in Niagara out of the water. the room was huge, the beds were amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful as well!! will definitely be back. thank you!

Waterpark though not very large was a perfect size. Easy view of your family from the seating area if you don't want to get wet.
