The staff are just helpful and will help you solve any problems, including early check-in, getting a taxi and more. The environment is good and not far from a shopping mall with different brands, restaurants and a grocery store.

Very convenient location to do the Liberdade circuit, and also do some exercise at the municipal park before breakfast which was excellent.

All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork. Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too.
