The staff was always smiling, they spoken English very good. The beach was very nice, and a big is that you had jet ski rental and other beach acitivities next to the hotel! Altough we had a long stay, you get a bit tired of the repeating food, however, keep in mind that hotels have to make sure there is enough different dishes for all our diets, and they surely done that very well! Overall, I'll be back!

Um hotel de praia mesmo junto à areia. Gostámos de tudo, desde a qualidade das refeições em tudo incluído, as bebidas, o atendimento dos funcionários e a sua disponibilidade. A limpeza do quarto, a limpeza do próprio hotel. Não existe uma ponta de sujidade seja onde for. A atenção dada no restaurante é qualquer coisa fora do normal, assim que esteja um prato vazio os funcionários levantam rapidamente não existindo loiça suja nas mesas. A comida é de excelente qualidade e em muita variedade. Queremos deixar um especial agradecimento ao Slavi e à Stela porque foram funcionários dedicados, incansáveis e sempre prestáveis, acredito que o Hotel tem dois fortes pilares com estes funcionários a cuidar dos seus hóspedes. Agradecemos também ao Chef Ivan (teppanyaki - cozinha japonesa) pela experiência que tivemos no nosso jantar. Aconselhamos reservarem um jantar e desfrutarem dessa experiência.

O Heaven oferece piscina sazonal ao ar livre, terraço, restaurante e bar em Sunny Beach. Fabulous staff, could not do enough for us. Friendly, happy and generous with their time. Wonderful 2-bed room (62), very spacious and unrivalled views. Freshly prepared food four times a day... not the usual staff canteen fare. Drinks as required without fuss, and many times without asking. Great beach setting with relaxing bean bags. Sea was just metres away across lovely sandy beach. Couldn't ask for better.

Situado a 10 m da praia, no calçadão de Sunny Beach, o Palace Hotel oferece piscina sazonal ao ar livre, quartos com ar-condicionado e WiFi gratuito. We stayed in an apartment. Our unit had a large balcony on a high floor with an awesome view of the sea. The room had 2 bathrooms, modern design, and comfortable beds. The beach was right outside the hotel. The breakfast and the diner included in the price were very tasty and a great deal. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!
