Everything. the coffee machine was a really nice addition to have coffee in the morning with the chocolate truffles placed on the bed upon arrival. Very close to the city centre too and the train station. The receptionist who works in the night shift was SUPER friendly, informative and helpful.

Its location is perfect: close to the nightlife area but without any noise disturbance. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of top-quality options. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and well designed. The location is right in Brussels and you can access the metro or a bus very easily. I will be coming back in the near future on a personal trip and will be staying here to explore more of Brussels. Staff recommended a great restaurant and had friendly conversations as well!

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in across Europe! Very professional staff who provided dinner recommendations, arranged taxi and suggestions for where to view the best Christmas displays. We stayed in a room with a loft bedroom area and enjoyed the separation between lounging and sleeping. The bed was a 5 star experience as were the towels and bathroom! Location near train station was convenient as was location for visiting Christmas markets in December. Loved so much we booked this hotel again this year and plan to stay three nights this time!
