This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows. Very clean, great staff, beautiful view, comfortable, easy lovely walk to centre through historic area or to the harbour in the other direction. Local cute cafes and restaurants, make for a refreshing change from the mire touristy port area.

Battery Point Manor offers guests historic Georgian-style accommodation with stunning harbour views and manicured gardens. Free WiFi and parking is available. Simple and chic hotel in a quiet area. Simple check-in/out with text message over booking.com. Heater worked well, has microwave, kettle, mini fridge, dishwares and utensils, king sized bed was comfy. Has parking within the compound. Not very near the main areas like the mall and pier but still walkable for people used to walking.

Andy, who did the check-in, was very friendly, professional and helpful. The location, in Battery Point, was charming, and had beautiful views. It was very easy to get around my foot too.

Location was perfect for walking around the wharf area. Close to lots of good bars and restaurants and tourist activities.

Lovely spacious unit, excellent location at Battery Point, easy walk to Salamanca & the city. The most comfortable bed ever, luxurious bathroom products. Loved the gas fire & added bonus washing machine & dryer. Very well equipped with everything you need, would definitely stay again when visiting Hobart, 5 stars on everything!!!

Fantastic 4 nights stay. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the bed is big and comfortable. The bedsheet smells so fresh! And is a short walk to the harbour and weekend market from the apartment. Many choices of restaurants nearby. The elevator serves well from the ground floor carpark to the upper floors. Love it:)
