The rooms were very spacious, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa and the restaurant were top notch. And the free breakfast was amazing, complete with mimosas!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Overall great experience 😊

Featuring exclusive décor, rooms at Hotel Madero Buenos Aires are bright and spacious. All of them are fitted with private balconies, plasma TVs and minibars. On my 3rd trip to Buenos Aires I tried Puerto Madero neighborhood and just loved it. What blew me away about this Hotel is that I arrived on a very early flight from NYC and they let me check in before 11 am. I travel a ridiculous amount (100 Countries) and first time a hotel has accommodated me this early.

Located in the elegant Puerto Madero district, Hilton Buenos Aires offers plush accommodations with views of the city and river. After a long overnight flight, it was nice to be able to check in before noon. The check in was most efficient. I would highly recommend purchasing the executive option that allows access to the executive lounge where the evening appetizers were more than enough to count as an evening meal. Check out was more than efficient. A hotel pre-booked limousine transfer to the cruise port was excellent.

The apartment was just as described. In a great location, well equipped and very safe. Puerto Madero is a great location and although you can see the city across the water and it is just a short walk it feels slightly apart. Puerto Madero really comes alive after dark and is a great place for a meal, drinks or just an evening stroll. I cannot compliment the staff and the rental company enough. Prior to arrival Ignacio kept us informed and asked for all the information necessary to make our check in totally smooth. Angi, who met us from the taxi and walked us to our room was lovely and answered all our questions about the apartment, how things worked and where we could change money. Having bought a local SIM card I was having problems loading credit and Ruben sorted it out for me and even paid for the start up credit?
