Tango de Mayo Hotel is located in the heart of the well-known Mayo Avenue, only 300 metres from 9 de Julio Avenue and 800 metres from The Obelisk of Buenos Aires. The facilities were amazing: very large bed, room was very clean and neat, and bathroom was great. Staff was also amazing and very helpful. They helped us book tours for the city and tango events with dinner. Their recommendations were amazing, and at the hotel we had everything we needed. Oh, and the buffet breakfast was great also. Location was very centric, and reaching most places in the city was really easy.

The location is amazing! So central. They have 24 hour reception and there were kioskos that were always open nearby. The staff helped us check in early, which was super accommodating. As far as I know the rooms mostly have windows facing the interior corridor with heavy wooden shades that close from the outside, so there isn’t much natural light, just to note. Great for a short stay in an accesible area to enjoy Buenos Aires!

Staff were so nice and helpful. The woman who checked me in was very patient with me and friendly. The room was clean, water was hot.
