Excellent location, good breakfast. Service from checking in to breakfast was very good. Booking.com messed up my booking, upon check in I was upgraded to a room with Marina view. Many thanks to Nishi the restaurant manager and his whole team. Zerise always saves with a smile, Paulo gets your order correct everytime, quick on his feet ,very attentive and such a charming man. Khushbu is another one that will just light up your day, I was not feeling good for almost 2days, she took care of me personally, tea to calm my stomach, suggested meals that will not make me more sick etc. On the day I checked out, was surprised with a fare well gift too 😊.

For a facility in this class i think breakfast can be improved. The hot food items were just average. The staff is excellent. Aliya at the reception, The room cleaning staff, the staff at the lounge. Bhaumik Soneji from Rayna Tours at the Concierge was very nice and helpful in arranging tickets and personalized tours for me and my family (traveled with my wife and two daughters ages 6 and 2) including yacht tour around the Marina, Desert Safari, Aquarium, Burj Khalifa, Miracle Gardens, Atlantis Aquaventure park etc. Sachin at the front desk was always willing to extend a helping hand with our bags, luggage and taxis / transfers. Bilal and Anastasia Sidorova facilitated a smooth check out, reviewed our experience and were very receptive to the suggestions I had.

After 1 night at room 640, we moved to 1021. It was near perfect. The layout of spacious shower room, toilet , living room, bed room and dining area are well thought out. The Duty Manager, Hazem was very helpful and enthusiatic to make things better for every guests. Staff are helpful. We are delighted to extend our stay with Kempinski. Breakfast spread is a nice experiece and energising with power shot. Lounge is comfortable but would be great if the evening drinks could be extended. The location is convenient for shoppers and ski lovers. It's just within 5mins walk from our room to Ski Dubai which is located inside the mall. The concierge was helpful. We made a booking with Oceanair Travel for Safari Desert Tour. The 5-hours tour was amazing. Thanks for the excellent selection. Every hotel needs caring and responsible Duty Manager like Hazem.
