They gave me excellent advice and organised my tours with highly reputable, well priced tour guides (I really enjoyed the around the island and Pele Island tours with John and the fireshow at The Beach Bar). The resort is reasonably small so the personal touch does not get lost. The facilities are well maintained, the beds are incredibly luxurious and the rooms kept immaculately clean. All of the food was top quality, an extra bonus was the locally grown and roasted Tanna Coffee with breakfast. Overall a great place to stay, I could not recommend it highly enough.」

The transfer from the airport to the accommodation is part of the adventure passing people and villages and seeing some of the island. Once there, it is the most magical special place. Quiet. Peaceful. Beach to comb, walk and swim on at your door step. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Read books, play cards. Just a complete getaway. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Its so nice letting them take care of your every need and have your meals prepared for you. Don't expect a typical bistro menu, but you won't be disappointed. The produce and the meals breakfast, lunch and dinner are incredible. Nice to hand of those duties and have a reason not to have to cook ;) We took snacks, but we didn't touch them as the meals are so delicious and ample that its nice to just look forward to the meal and truly enjoy it. Even though it does add on to the cost of stay, its nice knowing your money is going to help local people and local villages, not resort managements. The bungalow itself if so comfortable, clean and gorgeous use of unique natural materials. Its truly is a beautiful unique experience...unforgettable. We are so glad we stayed more than 1 night, otherwise we would've been kicking ourselves! We hope one day we can experience it again!」

「Evergreen was a great place to spend time. They have put a lot of effort into upgrading their resort and it is lovely. There is a lot of detail in the resort decor (coral walls and wooden carvings) and the new vilas are really nice and modern. We stayed during the cyclone that came through so unfortunately we did not get to see much but we were looked after very well. We were upgraded from the bungalow to the vila to stay safe in the weather. Bungalow is very basic, but it is equally cheaper in price. I would stay in the vila if you can! We did manage to get to the volcano on Tanna, an amazing experience. Thanks Evergreen for your hospitality.」
