“The beachside bungalow (cheapest room available when we booked) really was amazing in terms of location - just steps from the beach. I've seen other reviews about the bungalows being dated - well maybe a couple of bits like tarnished door handles in the bathroom but overall I thought ours (#14) was in great shape! Super comfy cushions on the deck loungers, great having the use of a private spa pool overlooking the sea or up at the starts at night, and thought the overall size was more than adequate. We did have some mosquitoes (more than anywhere else in French Polynesia for some reason) but the staff were great and came and sprayed our room which helped a lot. The deluxe and standard beachside bungalows are all on the beach whilst it looks like the villas were all in land a little bit. Think our beach bungalow was great value! The restaurant was pretty good - the poisson cru was the best we had in all of FP! Breakfast is huge with tons of options - a fav was the tuna carpaccio! The diving in Rangiroa was spectacular and Top Dive was an excellent outfit, with the most comprehensive safety briefings we've had in ages, as well as enthusiastic and attentive dive guides. We will be back!”

We stayed 6 nights, which might sound long, but we could have stayed longer :) Many things to do like canoeing, swimming, walking along the ocean side (it is possible to walk about 3-6 km without seeing anybody!). Alice and Raphael have 2 very nice dogs who are very friendly and calm. If you like dogs, they might walk with you along the ocean side! Very nice! Every morning we had a great breakfast with bread, jams, fresh fruits (it is possible to get eggs as well); dinner in the evening was made by Alice. The dinner was really really nice with fresh fish vegetables and nice deserts! I think the dinners were one of the best we had on Bora Bora! “It is a superb place, the Paradise in Earth- The overwater Bungalows are incredible, you can swim when you awake, teh rooms are very romantic. All the hotel is a dream, with a beautiful beach, snorkels and kayaks available to the.guests.
