This 4-star hotel stands in the centre of Astana, a 10-minute walk from the Avenue of the Republic. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies, free Wi-Fi and free parking.
„Hotel is in a good location within walking distance to lots of
restaurants and buses. The staff were friendly, the place is spotless,
so clean. The room was a good size with lots of storage and the bathroom
was big. Nice touch with shower gel, shampoo, slippers and bath robe. We
stayed in room 1510 was was nice and quiet except some idiots staying in
room 1509 next door who made such a noise from 2am to 5am in the
morning. We would have moved rooms but thought it was a one off until it
happened again the following night, but it was too late to do anything
about it as we were checking out the following morning. Breakfast was
very good in a big dining area, with nice soothing music. The porridge
and semolina was hot, creamy and delicious, one of the best we have ever
had, lots of choices of bread, can make your own toast, jams, cheeses,
honey, nuts, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, salad, eggs, omelettes and lots
of choices of cake and sweet treats, as well as coffee, teas, and
juices. Only had dinner on 2 occasions as wanted to go out to try the
local cuisine. Dinner was also good, with about 4-5 choices of dinner as
well as rice, potatoes, vegetables, bread and desserts. Cannot fault
this hotel whatsoever for the price. We liked the location. Some people
are saying its better to stay where all the monuments and attractions
are situated, but firstly you will pay over double the price for the
hotel and secondly not a lot of choices of restaurants. Its so easy to
get around with the bus to all the attractions or just stick your hand
out and someone will stop for a cheap price and take you wherever you
want. This is a big hotel but they have got everything right. We have no
complaints, done our research and glad we stayed here, where else can
you pay for a half a day stay, as we checked in 8 hours before we were
supposed to and charged for half a day. They also offer airport transfer
at a very good price. The T.V.“
