“We booked a room with a garden view and a kitchenette. We were traveling with a baby and I needed kitchen equipment to cook. As the room didn't meet the needs, was very small, there was only a sink and no cooker or microwave, we asked for a room change (this is something I rarely do). We were upgraded for no additional cost to a beautiful, large two-bedroom apartment with a sea view. We absolutely loved the room, the baby had lots of space to crawl and "explore", the kitchen was big and very well equipped, and as a bonus the view was absolutely stunning. The room exceeded our expectations and thanks to that we had a wonderful stay, as traveling with a little baby means that a little more space changes a lot. I'm very grateful they made the change without any problem. The hotel has very nice pools, beautiful beach (although with slightly high vawes so no good for swimming), a grociery shop, coffee shop, etc. Very clean. Very helpful staff. I usually prefer smaller hotels than resorts but this doesn't feel like a big one as the main part with restaurants and shops was nicely designed to make you feel like in a small island village. I recommend for children.”

“This property was not visible from the road - our taxi driver had challenges finding it. However we were pleasantly surprised as we approached this lovely clean & bright hotel. The warm greeting from Jeri at the reception was the first of many encounters with the friendly & helpful staff. Our suite was extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for our needs. The patio from our room provided breathtaking views of the beautiful pale blue waters beyond the pristine white sand beach. We sat out there each morning enjoying breakfast & sunset views after dinner. Danielle prepared her own delicious recipe for the rum punch Island Special. The hotel has 31 rooms and is focused on the comfort of its guests. The colorful artistic touches in quaint seating areas everywhere were thoughtfully placed and lovingly maintained. There were multiple restaurants & a supermarket within a short walking distance & a general store right in front of the hotel which was very helpful for supplies when we arrived. We loved walking to the Lawrence Gap and exploring their eclectic eateries. We were able to more than fill our seafood crave at the local fish market in Oisten following a 10 minute $2.00 BBD bus ride. Looking forward to our next visit & having more time to explore!”

“A reasonably short 15-20 ride from the airport (nothing worse than a long onward journey to an hotel after many hours of travel). The receptionist who checked me in late at night was very good, friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the room had a reasonably well supplied kitchenette. “The accomodation is directly located at one of most beautiful beaches in Barbados. We had a 2-room-apartment on the ground floor, which was well suited for 4 psersons with 2 seperate bed- and bathrooms. Equipped with a kitchen that allows self-catering. The apartment had no balcony compared to the ones on the 1st floor but it was no problem as we used the nice terrace dirctly on the beach behind the house.
