In stunning parkland, close to York, Aldwark Manor Estate is a Victorian manor house that mixes traditional style with modern bedrooms featuring free WiFi. The place was so clean, the staff were sooo friendly and made us feel welcome with our baby. The grounds are absolutely incredible and a MUST see. Our only regret is not staying longer to explore the grounds more.

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake... Enjoyable stay. Bratt and James (the Chef) has gone all the way to ensure our stay was pleasant, and cater for our special dietary needs. The food was wonderful, and the view from the room and area is magnificent. The location also within walking distance to quiet Bassentwaite Lake, which is a nice picnic location (Bratt help to prepare quick sandwich for us to have picnic on the day of our arrival) Really had a good time there.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, The Hall is a recently renovated country house set in Bradford on Avon, 11 km from University of Bath. Had a fabulous stay, was made to feel very welcome on meeting Christine at check in. The room was beautiful, bed very comfy and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back. The breakfast provisions and bottle of wine was a huge bonus, thank you.
