There was a fan for the room. I was on the bottom bunk, and there was no movement of the bedframe from the person on top so slept well! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It fells quiet and peaceful even if being in the centre of San Jose. The apartments are well safeguarded by two gates, accessible only via the entrance key or by calling the staff. The staff is very nice and helpful, allowing us, for example, to leave our baggages for an extended time. Highly highly recommended!

Beds were comfortable. Good Sized Bathroom with very nice shower. The air conditioning unit made a peaceful white noise sound that blocked any outside noises quite well. If you go to the restaurant the same owner runs in the morning or evening, you might be able to see quezals. Other birds and hummingbirds are many all day long. They made us feel peaceful! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was easy to walk to tourist sites (It would take some time to walk but walkable), yet still tucked away in a peaceful area. Overall, the quality of the hotel was far exceeding its price! I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and service provided, especially for the affordable rate.NicoGroup

Our executive room was clean and comfortable, not luxurious by North American standards, but had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and access to the lounge, with free breakfast, daily happy hour with mixed drinks and wine, and an unlimited supply of water. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Cariari Plaza, with lots of great restaurants with outdoor seating.

Close enough to the city centre to walk in but far enough out of the centre that it was quiet and peaceful. Also, lovely park nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Was lovely relaxing by the pool watching the various birds after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty food and lots of it. Would highly recommend.
