It was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and the staff was just terrific. We ate at the property for all three dinners and were consistently impressed by the chef and waitress staff. The boma show was delightful in its authenticity and gave us so much more exposure to Zimbabwe than I thought possible. Lots of little experiences will dot your stay and the rooms are immaculate.

Masawara is calm and tranquil, the staff warm and extremely helpful. We loved the courtesy pick up and drop off at the airport too! Our room was beautifully set up and there was good space - lots of cupboard space and large bathroom.

A beautifully designed property with amazing staff, service and vibe. I traveled as a solo female adventurist and could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient in planning my tours and excursions. My ID was unknowingly left behind in a cushion. They found it and helped me to get it back with more ease than my resident country could through DHL. This is where we stay if we return to Victoria Falls!

The Lodge was extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent and breakfast fantastic. We very much enjoyed dinner at their dining room on our last night with the food being of a outstanding level. The staff organised all of our activities during the stay including transfers. If you are going to Victoria Falls, this is a great choice for accomodation. Also only a short taxi ride from town.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

Un alojamiento súper recomendable. Las habitaciones son grandes y con una decoración preciosa y muy limpio. El personal tiene una atención de 10, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa así como recomendaciones de actividades. Todo perfecto
