Wonderfully comfortable, clean, well furnished room with a great bed, excellent shower, lights next to bed and a great location just a few yards from the Arch and the Cathedral. Despite that location, it was quiet at night. Staff were wonderful: friendly, efficient and most helpful. They took pity on us after a long few days travelling and allowed us to check in early, which was very appreciated. They helped us with a taxi for the airport too. Breakfast had a good selection of ham, cheese, eggs, good coffee, fruit, juices and cereals. I would not hesitate for a second to stay there again.

The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.
