The rooms are very big and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street that is lined with shops, cafes/bars/restaurants, money exchangers and also Lakeside. The food at the hotel is also very good. The building is very modern, comfortable and cosy, there is a very decent gym, a heated pool and a spa. The spa services are really good and very worth the money, highly recommend! The courtyard is also nice and quiet, perfect for reading your book or having your dinner by the fire. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Overall we are very happy with our stay and will stay at Hotel Middle Path and Spa again if we return to Pokhara!

The hotel is a modern 7 storey structure with views over the north and west of the city. Built in a traditional style, it is a family run business located on a quiet lane west of the busy Thamel tourist area. We spent a week there, with no particular itinerary, just walking, browsing and eating at backstreet nepalese, indian and chinese restaurants (which were all good, the chinese in particular providing a wide choice of regional foods from Tianjin, Shanghai and Lang Zhou). We found it a perfect place to use as a base for shopping in the nearby market streets and for walking out across the city to the Monkey temple, Kathmandu and Patan Durbars. The breakfast was really good with a choice of cooked and continental, massala chai, proper espresso-machine Americano coffee and eggs to order. The owners, Mina and Dolakh, are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious, the roof terrace was a delight.

El Oasis Kathmandu Hotel tiene WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones y se encuentra en Katmandú. Este bed and breakfast cuenta con barbacoa, solárium, restaurante y bar. Eramos 3 personas y la habitación triple fue perfecta! súper espaciosa con camas individuales muy cómodas. La limpieza impecable, el desayuno muy rico y abundante, la ubicación excelente. Pero lo más destacable fue la amabilidad y gentileza del personal, siempre muy preocupados por nuestra confort. Cuando vuelva a Kathmandu no dudo en volver a alojarme allí!

Magnificent Hotel es un alojamiento muy bien situado en Katmandú que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, parking privado gratis y servicio de habitaciones. I do not often write a long critic, but I will do it in this case, as the hotel actually exceeded all my expectatives. I look for hotels that are Cozy, Comfortable and Clean (My 3C's): this hotel has them all. 1) Excellent free pickup at the airport. Much needed after a long flight. 2) Very clean big room, including windows (rare) and walls (much more rare). The beds are excellent: firm mattress very comfortable dressed with soft cotton very white sheets. I actually slept 14 hours arrow the first night. One of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I've ever had. 3) Good LOCAL breakfast (try the local dishes), although you have cereal, yoghurt, bread, omelets, pancakes and other items to fit western tastes. Sole blackspot: no brewed coffee (instant one instead). But you can go to a very modern mall located just about 100 m. away: for that go to the beginning of the alley, turn left and then immediately right (in a hidden alley), and you will find it. Several coffee shops. I recommend Arabica Coffee Shop and Java Coffee Shop. Both excellent. Open at 9 am. 4) Location is excellent: at the end of a dead-end street. That keeps you away of all the chaos of Kathmandu. As a matter of fact, my room looked partially to the park of Garden of the Dreams. You are only about 5 min away from downtown entrance. 5) No elevator, but someone will be ready to help you with your luggage. 6) Very friendly place. As a matter of fact, everything runs so smoothly because of the constant work of Mr. Gongo, the General Manager. Very servicial and ready to solve any problem. Congratulations. It is because of your work that your hotel exceeded my expectative. I will certainly will be back when in Nepal.
