Impressive views of Troll Waterfalls and an extensive vinyl collection of over 3000 records are notable features of Fossatún Country Hotel. The location is great. The view is perfect, you can see a waterfall right from your window. The details and the stories about trolls are just wonderfull. You can eat breakfast while looking at waterfalls and then you can take a walk around the troll garden. And as a special treat there are three hot tubs for the guests to enjoy.

Could not be happier with the lotus, great room bed location and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were also fantastic

This is a beautiful place in Gardur. Little far from Reykjavik but really nice. Place is warm and super cosy. The staffs are very nice people. I loved staying here.

The bathroom was clean, big and well decorated, the bed was comfy and the hotel is in a quite place surrounded by beautiful mountains

Located in Akureyri, 24 miles from Godafoss Waterfall, Hotel Halond has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Clean & new. Quiet location approx 4k from the centre with the ski resort behind. All uphill from the centre so not ideal to walk, even for an avid hiker! Self checkin with a message send containing a code that lets you in. Rooms ether have a balcony OR a patio that leads to your personal car parking. Each room has charging for an electric car. Out of season there is no breakfast offered but you can use the kitchen with a microwave, toaster & fridges. Good coffee in each room & Netflix. The town is the 2nd largest in Iceland with lots of options for dinners & breakfast.
