We loved every minute of our stay and the surrounding walks. Food was delicious and well priced. We loved the service and the cosiness of the cabins. Hotel Château Georgette in Pombas provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel has an indoor pool and room service and free WiFi throughout the property. This is probably the best hotel on the island of Santo Antao. The whole thing makes you feel like you're in a castle. The owner is very helpful, she takes care of every detail of your stay. Although my room wasn't perfect I got a better room for the same price - for which I am very grateful. From the hotel you have an ideal point for mountain hiking to any place. Breakfasts are very tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Erick was very helpful and always smiling during meals. This is an amazing place and an amazing island. Obrigado!

Beautiful hostel, with an amazing atmosphere, and Liana, who is the owner was amazing. From the food to advise about where to go and what to do. It was a great base to go hiking in the area, and we ended up staying for 5 days. Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend to stay here!

Featuring a garden, Casa da Djedja is located in Mindelo in the Sao Vicente region, 1.3 km from Praia Da Laginha and 600 metres from Torre de Belem. This boutique hotel was well situated on a charming, quiet street in central Mindelo; it’s also only a few blocks away from the harbor and right near the main area to explore. Perfect location! From the beginning of my reservation, communication with the hotel was efficient and helpful. I also received a warm welcome upon arrival, even though I came late at night after my flight. The rooms are beautiful, well-decorated and very clean, and there is a cute patio area where you can relax outside of your rooms and have a delicious breakfast. I appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail from the staff. Absolutely loved this place and wish I could have stayed here a bit longer!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though some of them didn’t speak very good English, they made a lot of effort to communicate with us. And they were very patient with our many requests. They also allowed us to check in earlier and check our later with no additional fees. Truly the best staff. The place looks better in real life than in the photos. It really has a colonial vibe. The AC worked perfectly - probably the best we experienced during our trip to Cabo Verde. We had an amazing view of the city, the sea and the Brava island (room no 9)
