La Falaise Bonapriso is situated in Douala, 1.5 km away from the International French school Dominique Savio. Perfectly perfect !!!!! Nice and friendly staff who cares and would do everything to please you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommand the Hotel Bonapriso La Falaise and will certainely stay over again for my next trip to Cameroun. Ecellent !!!!

I spent four days at this hotel and enjoyed every moment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and respectful, even allowing me to check in early without any additional charges. Having stayed in numerous 5-star hotels worldwide, I was impressed by Krystal Palace's daily room cleaning service—something that many high-end hotels no longer offer. Another standout feature was the top-notch security. Guests cannot access the elevators without scanning their room key, adding an extra layer of safety. Additionally, when I had visitors, the front desk always called to confirm my approval before letting them in. The lobby was another highlight. My friends and I spent time there, and despite being quite loud, the staff remained gracious and accommodating. Lastly, I highly recommend trying their spa—it was a phenomenal experience and the perfect way to relax during my stay. Overall, Krystal Palace exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
