The house was very clean and well stocked and even included a free bottle of wine and some goodies. It's about 17 minute drive from Monterey and about a 5 minute drive to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The key is in a lock box so very easy to get in. It has a fenced backyard which is great if you have a dog.

Nice that there was some wine, and tea and coffee!!! House was clean, and convenient to where we needed to be. We were missing an ironing board, but one was delivered lickety split! Good communication - all was great!!

After a first (lesser) impression upon arrival, you are surprised when you enter the room. Convenient with access code on the door. Everything is there, clean towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, plates/cutlery for when you want to eat something, coffee machine. Lovely terrace behind the room with 2 nice chairs.

Set in Santa Cruz, 500 metres from Cowell's Beach, 1.5 km from Seabright State Beach and 300 metres from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Beach Hill Bungalow offers accommodation with a patio and free... this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.

Set in Aptos, Romantic Getaway to Seascape Villa offers a balcony with sea and pool views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, hot tub and spa centre. We stayed here overnight while traveling south from San Francisco. The location, and the pool access are very nice, and the apartment was much more spacious than we expected. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped well-enough to cook for a family. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance.
