The villa has a picnic area and a hot tub. From the entrance off the road to the vast forest available to venture into, the place was amazing. The house was incredible. It is a new build. Very nice decor, and the high ceilings were a plus. It was extremely hot when we visited, so the ceiling fans on the terrace were a big bonus. There were plenty of places to read a book and, if you forget yours, there are some to borrow. We did briefly enjoy the hot tub, which added to our relaxation. The bedrooms were very big so there was plenty of room to move about. The guests all said they slept well and the beds were really comfortable. The common areas have an open floor plan and were a nice place to congregate. We did utilize the three car garage to combat the heat for the cars. The location is just about a 5 to 10 minute drive from town and the highway. It felt close enough to be near the action but far enough to enjoy the tranquility. The cell service was not super strong, but there was wi fi available. We absolutely loved our stay, and our host was extremely accommodating. We look forward to our next stay.
