From the outside planting and seating to the lighting and careful labelling of every facility, the devil is in the detail, and Michael had thought of everything. His communication was friendly without being intrusive, and speedily responsive!

Offering a garden and garden view, Casa Blanca Suite A1 - New, Private, Cozy! is set in Montecito, 26 km from University of California, Santa Barbara and 7.2 km from Westmont College. The property was exactly as pictured - absolutely beautiful and charming! It was small, but it was just for my husband and myself and we spent 2 nights. Everything was clean, decorated impeccably, not fancy, but everything you could need. The "view" was of the outdoor patio area that was very private and cute. And I don't think it was in the pictures, but on the other side of the tall hedge, there's another patio area with a full dining table. The location is great if you like Summerland and Montecito. The only slight negative I would mention is that the property is on a really quiet culdesac and as far as I could tell the only access to get anywhere was out via the busy highway which is not walkable in this area, so you've got to drive. I stayed in this area many times and typically need to drive most places anyway and the setting and the ambiance and the privacy were well worth being in the middle of town. This place is perfect if you are looking for some alone time or time with your special person. You will have total privacy and quiet in a beautiful setting, very close to Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara. FYI also a small kitchen, had coffee and some spices and condiments. Really a great set up!

Set in San Luis Obispo and only 49 km from Paso Robles Event Center, Modern 2-Bedroom Eucalyptus House offers accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. This place is a hidden gem. Perfectly situated about 2 min drive to downtown SLO. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of room in this not so tiny home. Appreciated the extras like a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit and 4 person table. We were able to prepare simple meals and spend quality time as a family. This is our new favorite of Tessa’s mini-homes. We will be back!
