The apartment is super spacious and the interior design is great. So many beautiful details that make the place special. The deck with access to the garden and a wonderful view is absolutely fabulous. Hosts are super nice and helpful. Great location when going to Abel Tasman or just to have some relaxed time off in a beautiful place. Would have loved to stay longer.

Set in Puponga in the Tasman region, Mælstrøm End Eco Farmstay has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. My daughter and I loved the very special location of the farm at the tippy top of the South Island, with its spectacular views en route and once we arrived. The cozy, comfy bunkie and sweet porch were a perfect mini-retreat, and we appreciated the warm hospitality of our hosts, Sea and Karl, along with their local knowledge. We enjoyed meeting many of the beloved farm animals with their hilarious names, and visiting the local swimming hole, the spectacular walks, and the incredible nearby Wharariki Beach (which was so cool even in the partial fog). All of these elements contributed to our wonderful unforgettable time at Mælstrøm End Eco Farmstay and our visit to this serene yet vibrant corner of the Earth (we already miss their magical and friendly white shepherd dog!)

It was peaceful and recharging. I spent the whole day in the site because I just needed to rest without going anywhere. And it was beautiful! There is plenty of shade and areas you can seat. A little bush walk. Lovely river. Kitchen, toilet and shower are spotless. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of pillows to feel at home. I also had a reiki session as this visit was my two nights retreat. I wish I could stay longer and I’d love to come back!

Coastal Chic in Pohara is a recently renovated holiday home in Pohara, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. A perfect stay in Coastal Chic! Big house in a private area, with very nice ocean view, easy to drive and park, 5min walk to Cafe and restaurants. The sofa & beds are extremely comfortable, the electrics are brand new and easy to use, kitchen is big and well equipped which has everything we needed. Host Dianna is friendly, responsive and helpful, recommendations on local food. 12/10 if we have to rate, totally worth the price.
