VALIYATH HOLIDAYS HOMESTAY, a property with a garden, is located in Munroe Island, 45 km from Varkala Cliff, 46 km from Sivagiri Mutt, as well as 46 km from Janardhanaswamy Temple. I could not recommend Valiyath Homestay enough! The Valiyath family welcomed us into their home and cooked delicious meals for our breakfast, lunch and dinners. The Homestay was clean, quiet and a 5 minute walk to the water. They helped us to arrange a boat tour, a sightseeing tour and a rickshaw to our train. We are looking forward to coming back!

The host Mr. Abbas is a very good and polite human. Everything was perfect as per price. Room and toilet were clean and equipped with hot water facilities. Room was spacious and well comfort. I must recommend this homestay if you are a budget traveler and wanting a homely environment.

Offering a garden and city view, Srishti Homestay is set in Madikeri, 2.8 km from Raja Seat and 3.1 km from Madikeri Fort. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.... The stay was uncomfortable and clean. There are 2 bedrooms with attached toilets plus a living room, dining, kitchen and a common toilet. On the first day the fan in one of the bedrooms was not functioning properly but it was promptly repaired the next day..The owners of the home stay live on the lover level and are easily accessible for any help. Harish ji was courteous and helped us with any issue. The breakfast was South Indian style simple and yummy. Overall we enjoyed our family stay and will surely recommend Srishti to others. It's also value for money for 4 or 5 people travelling together.

Boasting a garden and views of sea, Kerala cottage is set in Varkala, a few steps from Odayam Beach. Very comfortable and clean accommodation, beds had mosquito nets which was great. Staff are lovely and make you a great breakfast (go for some local breakfast on request). Good food in restaurant right next to it and a short walk to others. Short walk to beach and other bars etc.
