The home was tastefully done with exceptional interiors. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and that too in clean and working condition. I did not have a single complaint in all of 6 days that we stayed. There is construction happening right behind the home, so there is some noise, but that is not a big issue.

I liked everything in this property and felt like living in my own house even cleaner and comfortable than my own house. My friends were also surprisingly happy to see the cleaning and amenities. This is a two story duplex style house with two bedrooms, one living/family room, three full baths and a very spacious kitchen well equipped with almost everything needed. There’s a large community pool for swimming fun. It’s very close about 200 mtrs to the Benaulim Beach in south Goa and about 6kms to Madgaon Railway Station. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at this property. My friends and I would definitely like to stay here again. Special thanks to the manager Belinda and the owner Arlene for making our stay in Goa so memorable by sharing this immaculate property with us for very reasonable charges.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay immensely, and the housekeeper was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Situé à Benaulim, à moins de 400 mètres de la plage de Benaulim et à 1,2 km de celle de Sernabatim, le Golden Sea Breeze Beach villa propose des chambres climatisées avec salle de bains privative. The villa was fantastic lots of room, and very clean. We were met by Arlene the manager on arrival, we were early so she happily stored our bags until the villa had been cleaned. Arlene kept in contact throughout our stay advising of cleaning etc and helping with taxi bookings. Everything we needed was in the villa and Arlene spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked - washing machine, hot water etc. Arlene was very responsive to our requests. Villa is 5 mins max to beach and a 15 minute walk into Benaulim crossroads, where there is supermarkets coffee houses etc. Would highly recommend
