Lovely property, great facilities, all modern and well maintained. Spotless and very comfortable. Large rooms, plenty of space and storage. Superb location, in quiet street, not far from town centre and amenities. Great owners, good comms and very helpful. We felt it was really good value for money. Hope to come back spring 2025

Perfect for two, I would say it's actually better than the pictures show. There are a couple of eating out options nearby and a grocery store with everything you need for a short stay.

The kitchen was the highlight for me and beautiful to cook a meal in. And we had a visiting chicken!

The location of the cottage is absolutely fabulous! Set right next to the Black Houses, close to the beach, at the start of the cliff walking path. The community shop is easily reached by car... The house is wonderful, cozy, spacious, calming, peaceful and perfect for a group of 4-6 travelers. The photographs in the house are very special bringing the outside to the inside and the pictures of the past connect right with modern comfortable times. The kitchen has everything you need, the stove is fabulous. From the windows you can see amazing sunsets and cute sheep. Highly recommended!

Offering a garden and sea view, Braighe Cottage is located in Stornoway, 2.5 km from Traigh Mhealaboist Beach and 32 km from Callanish Standing Stones. Great location, close to the airport. Not a busy airport, so no noise. Good size on rooms. Very comfy beds! Large, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view - we even forgot there was a dishwasher and washed up by hand, admiring the view 😂 We arrived on a Sunday, with all the shops closed. But there was cheese, biscuits and fruit at the house - very much appreciated! Owner answered messages within minutes and made sure everything was OK. Friendly neighbours.

The cottage was well equipped with everything needed to make your stay perfect. We hope to return.
