He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!
